Wordless Wednesday


Saw this in a Runners World
(it also had hummus but didn't have at home)
 So yummy- Fried egg, salsa, avacado on whole grain bread

  1. that just sounds delish. Since I am low carbing it - I have started cooking eggs in a bell pepper slice, all of those ingredients would be awesome without the bread.

  2. That sounds awesome. I also love fried egg over a bowl of Eden Organic canned Lentils with Onion & Bay Leaf. Just open the lentils, dump in a bowl and microwave, drizzle with a little olive oil, a dash of salt (a little red wine vinegar is good too if you want a bit of acid) and top with the fried egg. Soooooo easy and sooooo yummy. The lentils are also good over steamed plain cous cous.
